Amara Por Dios is a 25 year old female Stockholm based artist and designer who has been active in the street art scene since 2010 . Her style is a mixture ancient, ethnic imagery with a modern palette and animated, grati application that is reminiscent of a more vibrant version of the tribal art left behind by the Aztec and Incan peoples. Amara has exhibited in galleries across Sweden and has also painted live for festivals such as Peace & Love and Art Of The Streets. She has also collaborated on designs for Finnish sports brand Karhu and illustrations for legendary LA producer Flying Lotus and most recently Canadian underground Hip Hop artist Moka Only for his "martian xmas 2012" album cover. Now focusing on taking her work international Amara has painted two commissions on London's famous Brick Lane and is currently planning exhibitions in London, San Francisco and New york.
